I would never endorse any company that I don't use myself. I use Agoda for all of my own hotel bookings because their rates are always the best and using one of my links won't cost you a penny extra. It just means that a small percentage of the commission goes to me, instead of everything going to Agoda.

Get Great Hotels Deals And Help To Support This Site

I live in Southeast Asia and have booked hundreds of hotels in this region. I have spent many hours researching hotel prices to get the best deal and I always end up booking through Agoda. Their rates are far lower compared to other companies or booking directly with hotels.

Disclaimer: I am an Agoda affiliate and if you book using one of the links on my site I will receive a small commission, but only if you use one of the links on this site (or the search box below) because only these links contain my affiliate ID.

This small income helps with the running costs of this site. If you return here and use one of my Agoda links when you are ready to book a hotel it won't cost you any extra, but it will really help me.

Thank you for your support!

Caveat

The following information was correct in November 2019. If I notice that anything has changed I will update this information, but I can't guarantee that it will always be correct. Businesses open and close in Central Festival with alarming regularity and I simply don't have the time to keep this page permanently up to date.

I am always grateful when readers notify me of anything that is wrong so that I can make appropriate corrections.

2019 Changes

Floor G used to consist of shops around the outside and a mixture of food stalls and shops in the middle of the floor.

In 2019 a lot of the shops in the middle were removed and replaced with food stalls. Therefore, the emphasis on Floor G is now food with a lot fewer shops than there used to be.

Get The Best Deal On Your Hat Yai Hotel Room

Listed opposite are some of my personal recommendations for hotels in Hat Yai based on budget. I have lived permanently in Hat Yai since 2003 and my recommendations are based on a lot of local knowledge.

Each link will take you to the relevant page on the Agoda website where you can see photos, read reviews, and book on-line. I use Agoda to book all of my own hotels in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region. Agoda hotel rates are usually always the lowest and I have received good customer service, therefore I am happy to recommend the company to other people. Here is some analysis I did regarding booking hotels in Southeast Asia.

Booking.com used to be more expensive than Agoda, but when I have checked hotel prices recently I have found their rates to be quite competitive. Unlike Agoda, you don't need to pay at the time of booking with Booking.com - you can simply pay at the hotel when you check in. Also, Booking.com show you total prices whereas Agoda show you a price and then add on 17% for tax and service charge.

If you want to compare prices between different on-line travel agents (OTAs) for a specific hotel, you can use a company such as HotelsCombined.
